The TSA summoned police officers to the checkpoint, where Connor was charged with possession of a weapon, the Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement."On Saturday, July 6, 2013 at approximately 9:00 AM, inside of Philadelphia International Airport, a TSA Officer observed a switchblade in the luggage of a male who was attempting to enter a terminal at the airport," the statement read. "The knife was first observed on an x-ray machine monitor by a TSA Officer. After making the observation, Philadelphia Police were notified and the male was taken into custody. The male has been identified as Dan Connor 27 year old male from Charlotte, NC. Connor is charged with Possession of an Offensive Weapon."He was headed to Pittsburgh on an Air Wisconsin flight, a TSA spokeswoman said.
